Dedicated to educating Amazon sellers, Anthony has spoken at global conferences like ASD Marketweek, Independent Retailer Conference, Midwest eCom Conference, and AMA Fest UK, covering topics like Amazon suspension appeals and brand protection. In 2019, he supported AB 1790 (Wicks) and testified before the California State Senate Committee on Privacy and Consumer Protection, advocating for due process before Amazon's permanent suspension of seller accounts and fund withholding.
In 2022, Anthony joined Stern & Schurin LLP, an intellectual property boutique firm specializing in defending against infringement claims in federal court. There, he defended wholesalers against counterfeit and trademark infringement claims, secured favorable settlements against major drug manufacturers, and pursued insurance to cover defense and settlement costs.
As of April 2024, Anthony operates as a solo practitioner while maintaining strong professional relationships with attorneys and e-commerce vendors. This network allows him to support e-commerce businesses and their owners with comprehensive legal services.
In his early career as an associate attorney, Anthony provided legal support in New York State litigation, including probate and estate administration, Article 81 Guardianship proceedings, matrimonial and divorce cases, and family court matters like adoption, custody, paternity, and support. He also handled transactional issues, including residential real estate transactions, wills, trusts, estates, and Elder Law or Medicaid Planning. His experience includes mediating divorce settlements and managing uncontested divorce proceedings.
