There, he defended wholesalers against counterfeit and trademark infringement claims, secured favorable settlements against major drug manufacturers, and pursued insurance to cover defense and settlement costs.
As of April 2024, Anthony operates as a solo practitioner while maintaining strong professional relationships with attorneys and e-commerce vendors. This network allows him to support e-commerce businesses and their owners with comprehensive legal services.
